Why we are called "Meritage"
The word Meritage was
created by a group of American Vintners to describe wine made in the
style; A true blending of premium quality ingredients. Expanding on that
premise, We here at Meritage like to think that we, too are doing a type of
blending. We blend the freshest ingredients available to us to create our menu.
In most cases, we use local producers to provide the ingredients. Then, we make
every effort to blend your meal with a wine that will complement it for a truly
enjoyable dining experience. Finally, you, our valued customers, are the main
ingredient to our "blend". We believe that your discerning tastes will
